Once the build price is paid, the website is yours. CYWEB keeps control only until you move it to your own hosting and domain.

No. We build it first, walk you through it, and you pay only when you are happy and want it to go live.

Can I change my website later?
Yes. Send us the changes you want and we update the site for you.

1. Who we are. CYWEB is an online website business for local businesses in Cyprus (Limassol, Nicosia, Larnaca, Paphos and Ayia Napa). We are run by two partners.1. Кто мы. 2. Packages and prices. Prices are in euro. Each package has a one-time build price plus a yearly plan: Landing Page (up to 2 pages) €300, then €100 per year; Starter Website (up to 4 pages) €400, then €100 per year; Business Website (up to 6 pages) €500, then €100 per year; Complete Website (7–9 pages) €600, then €150 per year; Premium Website (10+ pages) €1,000, then €200 per year.2. 3. How it works. We build your website first. We then show it to you, you can ask for changes, and you pay when you are happy with it. The site goes live after payment.3. Как это работает. 4. Yearly plan. The yearly plan covers your domain, hosting, updates and bug fixes on a website we built. Changes are included, small or large. We aim to complete small changes within 48 hours and big changes within 72 hours. Changes are requested through your CYWEB account.4. Годовой план. Годовой план покрывает домен, хостинг, обновления и исправление ошибок на сайте, созданном нами. Изменения включены — маленькие и большие. Мы стараемся выполнять маленькие изменения за 48 часов, большие — за 72 часа. Изменения запрашиваются через ваш аккаунт CYWEB.
5. Invoices, no automatic renewal. Nothing is charged automatically. About one week before each year ends we send an invoice for the next year, which you can pay early or let lapse. Each year is a separate agreement. The yearly price is stated on each invoice and can change from year to year.5. Счета, без автоматического продления. Ничего не списывается автоматически. 6. Domains. .com and .org cost €22 in the first year and €32 to renew; .net costs €24 in the first year and €34 to renew. We do not currently register .cy domains.6. 7. Ownership. Once the build price is paid, you own your website. We keep control only until it moves to your own hosting and domain. 9. Shops. Online shops sell digital products only. The seller is the CYWEB team, and these same terms apply.9. Магазины. Интернет-магазины продают только цифровые товары. Продавец — команда CYWEB, действуют эти же условия.
10. Portfolio. We may show your website and work in our portfolio and on social media, but only if you agree. You can withdraw that permission at any time.10. Портфолио. Privacy
1. What we collect. Your name, phone or email, business details and anything you send through our contact form, WhatsApp messages or sign-in. If you have a CYWEB account, we also keep your invoices, payment status and the requests you make about your website.1. Какие данные мы собираем. 2. Why we use it. To reply to you, build and run your website, send invoices, process payments and answer your requests. We do not sell your details.2. Зачем мы их используем. 3. Who else processes it. We use trusted providers to run our services: Meta (WhatsApp messages), Stripe (payments), Google (sign-in) and Supabase (secure data storage). Each handles data under its own privacy policy.3. Кто ещё обрабатывает данные. 5. How long we keep it. We keep your details only as long as we need them for the purposes above, and for as long as the law requires, for example invoices and payment records.5.
